2. Eligibility & Access
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in order to access or use any of our services. We reserve the right to deny access to any service, program, or offer at our sole discretion, including cases where we believe an individual is not a fit based on mindset, values, behavior, or alignment with the standards and mission of Mark Bam.

We accept major forms of electronic payment through secure third-party processors. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the full agreed-upon amount to your payment method. You acknowledge that failure to complete payment may result in delayed access or removal from services, programs, or digital platforms.
Due to the intensive nature of our work, the intellectual property involved, and the time commitment from our team, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued unless explicitly stated otherwise. In rare cases where extenuating circumstances exist, a credit or rescheduling option may be offered at our sole discretion.

All content provided by Mark Bam — including but not limited to coaching material, speaking presentations, video content, frameworks, written documents, digital resources, course content, proprietary processes, and communication materials — is the intellectual property of MB Enterprises LLC or its licensed partners.
You may not copy, distribute, record, publish, modify, resell, or reproduce any part of our content without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property law and may be subject to legal action, including damages and injunctive relief.
If content is provided for educational or implementation purposes, it is granted to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not train others using our material without a licensed agreement.
6. No Guarantees of Results

8. Platform Use and Content Access
In some services, you may be granted access to third-party platforms (e.g., Skool, private forums, learning portals). You agree to abide by their individual terms of use. We reserve the right to revoke your access to any platform, group, or community if your behavior violates our values, disrupts group dynamics, or creates a negative experience for other members.
Access to digital content or recorded materials is typically granted for a specified period. Continued access beyond the term of engagement is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
9. Speaking Engagements
Organizations that hire Mark Bam for speaking engagements, corporate training, or live appearances agree to mutually defined terms prior to the event, including topic, duration, audience size, and compensation. Mark reserves the right to approve or decline speaking requests based on alignment, content, values, and logistics.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees may still be due based on the proximity to the event date. All speaking engagements are handled through a formal agreement to ensure clarity and professionalism.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
